Mike Brigante has served as the company’s CFO since May 2007. From joining us in July of 2006 until April of 2007 he served as our vice president of finance.
Prior to joining Homeland Security Capital Brigante served as CFO of Sky Capital Enterprises a venture fund concentrating in homeland security investments. He has also served as CFO for a number of public and private companies throughout his career. Brigante currently serves as co-chair of the Founders Society of Towson University.
Brigante graduated from James Madison University with a B.S. in accounting and economics and is a Certified Public Accountant. |
