Mr. Young is currently the chairman of the board of Metal Supermarkets (Canada) Ltd. a privately-held metal distributor with locations in the United States Canada Europe and the Middle East. Since April 2004 Mr. Young has served on the board of directors of Emeritus Corporation a national operator of assisted living residential communities. Since March 2005 he has served on the board of directors of Restoration Hardware Inc. a specialty retailer of high quality home furnishings hardware and related merchandise. Mr. Young is a certified public accountant and former partner of Arthur Andersen & Co. |
