Michael T. Tokarz has been Chairman since December 2006 and has been a director of the Company since September 1987. Since February 1, 2002 he has been a member of the Tokarz Group, LLC. From January 1996 until February 1, 2002, Mr. Tokarz was a member of the limited liability company which serves as the general partner of Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. L.P.
