Tokarz, 54, has served on IDEX's board since the company was founded in September 1987. He is a member of the Executive and Compensation committees. Tokarz has been a member of The Tokarz Group, an investment firm, since 2002. For the six years prior to this, Tokarz was a member of Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. L.L.C., a limited liability company that acts as the general partner of investment firm Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. L.P., and a general partner of KKR Associates L.P.
