Michael T. Putziger is the Chairman of the Board for Bank of Florida Corporation. He joined the Bank of Florida Corporation Board of Directors in 2002 and formerly served as a Director of Bank of Florida-Southwest . He is Vice Chairman of the WinnCompanies, a private real estate development company headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts, that develops mixed-use properties nationwide. He is also of counsel to the law firm of Murtha Cullina LLP, where he served on the firm’s Board of Directors and its management committees for 30 years. At the firm, Mr. Putziger has devoted a large percentage of his time to representing state banks, national banks, and bank holding companies, both as to general corporate matters and in connection with major transactions such as mergers and acquisitions. He has also represented such banks in connection with their real estate lending activities, both residential and commercial. He also serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of First Community Bank, headquartered in Woodstock, Vermont. In the past, he served as a Director of First Bank in Chelmsford, Massachusetts; Shawmut Arlington Trust Company in Lawrence, Massachusetts; First Martha’s Vineyard Bancorp, holding company for First Bank and Martha’s Vineyard National Bank; and The Hibernia Savings Bank of Quincy, Massachusetts and Emerald Isle Bancorp, its holding company. He currently serves as a Director of DSCI Corporation, and formerly served as a Trustee and Chairman of the Board of Nazareth, a Catholic charitable organization serving children and was a member of the Financial Advisory Committee of the Town of Cohasset, Massachusetts. |
