Experience:
Michael Neidigh is a finance attorney who concentrates his practice in asset securitization, with an emphasis on commercial paper conduit transactions and private placements.
Michael also provides general advice to large foreign and domestic financial institutions. He regularly represents issuers, underwriters, conduit administrators, commercial banks and other finance companies in the securitization of trade receivables, auto and equipment loans and leases, student loans and other esoteric assets. In addition, Michael is widely experienced in establishing and restructuring asset-backed commercial paper conduits.
Michael joined Mayer Brown in 1998. He is conversant in Spanish.
