Michael T. Landy is President of Comprehensive Software Systems, Inc. (CSS). Mr. Landy oversees the technology side of the business and is also CSS's Chief Technology Officer.
As one of Comprehensive Software Systems' (CSS) founders, Mr. Landy has played an integral role in the development and design of Q Securities Processing Software, CSS's next-generation brokerage software system. His financial services experience and proficiency at developing industry-specific applications has enabled CSS to offer the first real-time, front-, middle-, and back-office broker-dealer software on a Windows® platform for the securities industry. With his deep securities industry knowledge, Mr. Landy has also been instrumental in ensuring that Q is customer-friendly, intuitive, and specifically tailored to address current and future industry trends.
Previously, Mr. Landy served as Senior Vice President of Research & Development at CSS. Prior to joining CSS, Mr. Landy gained valuable industry and technology experience as a programming manager at Securities Industry Software (SIS) Corporation. At SIS, he was responsible for more than 40 successful conversions onto the company's software per year.
Mr. Landy maintains an active presence in the technology community and participates in a number of industry associations. He lives in Steamboat Springs, Colorado, with his wife and their two children. |
