Michael T. Dan, 56, is Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Prior to his election as President and Chief Executive Officer in February 1998, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Brink’s, Incorporated beginning in 1993. He was elected a director of Principal Financial Group, Inc. and Principal Life Insurance Company in March 2006. Mr. Dan has been a director of the Company since 1998. His current term as a director of the Company expires in 2008. |
