Mr. Brooks was elected senior vice president and chief information officer in 2007 after joining GATX. He came to GATX from Constellation Energy where he served as retail energy chief information officer and vice president. Prior to Constellation, he spent five years as a business systems consultant with Accenture and with Oracle Corporation, and five years as a consultant with The Barrington Consulting Group in Washington, DC. Mr. Brooks received his bachelor of arts in economics degree from the University of Georgia in 1992 and his masters of business administration with a concentration in accounting from the American University in 1998, where he also served as adjunct professor for the MBA and masters of science in information technology programs. |
