Michael Blair is a skilled and experienced transactional attorney who represents clients across a broad range of corporate and securities-related needs. He has built a prominent corporate practice focused on all aspects of public and private merger, acquisition, divestiture, and financing transactions and on issues of Securities Act and Exchange Act compliance, with a particular focus on real estate investment trusts and other real estate companies.
Mike advises issuers, investors and financial advisors with regard to initial public debt and equity offerings; primary and secondary debt and equity offerings; spin-off initiatives; debt and equity tender offers; corporate reorganizations and restructurings, including public and private merger and acquisition transactions; joint ventures; and private placements of debt and equity securities, including in connection with "bridge equity" transactions.
