Michael S. Koeneke is a managing member of Knightspoint Partners LLC, an investment firm he co-founded in March 2003. Mr. Koeneke was the co-head and then the Chairman of Global Mergers and Acquisitions at Merrill Lynch & Co. from 1993 to 2002.
