Mike Hoffman is a Senior Director at Brownfields Capital. Mr. Hoffman is also the founder and President of M.S. Hoffman Development Company LLC (known initially as Orion Properties LLC). Hoffman has 25 years of experience in real estate development, management and marketing as a principal. Since 1989, he has developed or secured entitlements for some 2,000 residential lots in Northern Colorado. Most notably, the Parkview Mixed Use Subdivision in Greeley Colorado which was recognized nationally as a model for affordable housing. This project includes 500 residential lots and 20 acres of commercial and neighborhood retail uses. From 1999 to 2003 Parkview was the lowest priced site built, FHA approved subdivision in the United States. From 1999 through 2000 Parkview was the fastest selling subdivision in Colorado. Hoffman attended The University of Northern Colorado and earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in History with full teaching accreditation, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management. Hoffman is also a licensed Real Estate broker in Colorado and a professional pilot with an Airline Transport Rating. |
