Mr. Resnick has been a Senior Vice President since March 2005 and a Vice President since February 2004 until that date. He has been our controller since June 2000. He has also been the controller of Medis El since 1995.
Prior to joining Medis, Mr. Resnick was engaged in public accounting and internal audit, having served with Huges Aircraft Company and Maxxam Inc. He began his career in public accounting with Ernst & Whinney, gaining experience in auditing, taxation and business management.
Mr. Resnick has a BS degree in business administration from California State University, Northridge and a JD degree from William Howard Taft University. Mr. Resnick is a CPA and is a member of the State Bar of California.
