Mr. Liss has served as one of our directors since 1999. From January 2004 to June 2008, Mr. Liss served as Chairman of the Board.
From 1994 to 1999, he was a Managing Director of Lazard Freres & Co. LLC, and prior to that he was Senior Managing Director of Bear, Stearns, & Co. Inc. Mr. Liss has a B.A. from Columbia University, a J.D. from Yale Law School, and a M.P.P.M. from the Yale School of Management. |
