Michael S. (Mike) Lewis joined Crescent Real Estate Equities in August of 1994 and oversees all leasing for the Dallas Region which includes over approximately 18 million square feet in Dallas Miami Denver Washington D.C. Phoenix San Diego and Colorado Springs.
Before joining Crescent Mr. Lewis was employed at Transwestern Property Company where he served as a leasing representative for several institutional owners. Prior to Transwestern he was involved in various partnerships including consulting re-development and financing of joint venture partnerships with TLS & Associates.
Mr. Lewis serves as Chairman of the Finance Committee of the Board of Directors at Dallas County Reclamation and Utility District as a Fundraising Committee member at Rise School of Dallas and he is a member of The Real Estate Council. A former board member of the Lee Park Conservancy Mr. Lewis has been named multiple times to the Dallas Business Journal's Top 10 Heavy Hitters List.
Mr. Lewis holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from University of Texas at Austin. |
