Michael S. Kaczmarek is an associate of Dickie, McCamey & Chilcote, P.C. He concentrates his practice in the areas of Admiralty and Maritime Law, Commercial Law and Litigation, Corporate Services, and Toxic Tort Law, with a particular emphasis in Civil Litigation. Mr. Kaczmarek is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. He is a member of the American, Pennsylvania, and Allegheny County Bar Associations. Mr. Kaczmarek graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point, New York in 1993. He deployed to Bosnia Herzegovina during Operation Joint Endeavor and served as a Captain in the U.S. Army before receiving his J.D. from Duquesne University School of Law in 2001. |
