Mr. Jones oversees all corporate and partnership tax events and analytical projects. In this capacity he is responsible for analyzing data and assisting attorneys in planning and structuring real estate investments for maximum tax efficiency. He oversees all corporate and partnership tax compliance (over 150 legal entities). He orchestrated approximately $165 million in like-kind transactions executed during late 2003 and early 2004. Mr. Jones has been with Faison since 1992 when he started Faison's Tax Department. He graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Bob Jones University. |
