Michael S. Geltzeiler is Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer responsible for the company’s global financial activities. He was appointed to this position in September 2001. During his tenure the company has produced strong cash flows and strengthened its global financial organization. In addition since August 2004 he has also overseen the company’s Global Operations Informational Technology and Facilities.
Previously Mr. Geltzeiler was SVP and Chief Financial Officer for ACNielsen after serving as Controller and Treasurer. He also served as ACNielsen's SVP and Chief Financial Officer for the Europe Middle East & Africa Region based in Belgium.
Before joining ACNielsen Mr. Geltzeiler was Assistant Treasurer of The Dun & Bradstreet Corporation. He was with Dun & Bradstreet for 17 years assuming a variety of senior financial positions at both the corporate office and several subsidiaries. Mr. Geltzeiler joined Dun & Bradstreet through the Internal Audit Department and progressed through a series of positions of increasing responsibility including Audit Manger Controller DBIS Europe Middle East & Africa and SVP and Chief Financial Officer for NCH Promotional Services. |
