Dannhauser is responsible for external and internal financial accounting, reporting, internal audit and planning for the Company, including assuring compliance with SEC, Sarbanes Oxley and other governmental regulations, GAAP, and payroll and accounts payable. Dannhauser reports to Linda Havard, executive vice president of finance & operations and chief financial officer, and is based in the Company's corporate headquarters in Chicago.
Dannhauser joined Playboy in 1981 as controller and assistant manager of the Playboy Club of Cincinnati, and in 1983 was named manager of company-owned clubs, accounting. In 1986, Dannhauser was named financial analyst of budget, planning and analysis. He was promoted to senior financial analyst in 1987 and manager, financial analyst in 1989. Dannhauser was named director of corporate planning and reporting in 1990, assistant corporate controller in 1993 and Vice President, Corporate Controller in 1998. He has held his current position since 2003.
Before joining Playboy, Dannhauser served as manager of parking services at the University of Cincinnati.
Dannhauser completed his Master of Business Administration degree at the University of Cincinnati in 1981. He is a 1977 graduate of the university's undergraduate program, where he received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree. |
