Michael S. Berk is a Managing Director at TA Associates, specializing in leveraged buyouts and recapitalizations of growth companies in the consumer, financial and business services sectors. In addition to serving on the Board of Directors of Microban International, he also serves on the Board of Directors of Triumph HealthCare. Prior to joining TA Associates, Mr. Berk was a Senior Vice President at Joseph Littlejohn & Levy, where he helped lead the firm’s investments in AdvancePCS and IASIS Healthcare Corporation. Michael was also an Associate at Frontenac Company, where he focused on growth equity investments. He received an AB degree, magna cum laude, in East Asian Studies from Harvard College, a JD degree, cum laude, from Harvard Law School and an MBA degree from the Harvard Business School |
