Michael R. Miner is a partner in the firm’s Commercial Litigation Practice Group. His practice focuses primarily on the defense of white collar criminal investigations and prosecutions, congressional inquiries, and related civil proceedings. Michael handles a variety of complex criminal matters involving alleged antitrust violations, securities fraud, mail and wire fraud, tax violations, government contracting fraud, and public corruption. He joined Drinker Biddle from Spriggs & Hollingsworth, where he was an associate in the White Collar Defense practice group.
In General. Michael received his bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan in 1995 and his J.D., with honors, from The George Washington University Law School in 1998.
Michael is admitted to practice in Maryland, and the District of Columbia. He is also admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals, Federal Circuit, the U.S. District Court, District of Columbia and the U.S. Court of Federal Claims. |
