Michael R. Stanford, a Director of the Company since its organization in 1988, is President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company and Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of First Community Bank since 1992. Mr. Stanford's entire career has been in the banking industry. Prior to joining First Community Bank in 1987, Mr. Stanford spent five years with New Mexico Banquest Corporation as Senior Vice President in charge of loan administration. In addition to his other duties, Mr. Stanford is a member of the Executive Committee. Mr. Stanford serves on the board of directors of the Denver Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City and is involved in a variety of leadership positions in civic organizations and associations. |
