Mr. Pagano has advised clients on company valuation, business sales, mergers, acquisitions and private capital raising activities. He has provided investment banking services across a number of industries including consumer products, energy, financial services, information services, retail, telecommunications and transportation. Mr. Pagano has experience advising both small and large companies, having participated in transactions with enterprise values ranging from $8 million to approximately $6 billion.Mr. Pagano began his career as a Management Consultant in Andersen Consulting's Telecommunications Industry Group. Mr. Pagano was also a founding employee of Vettro, a venture-backed company that provided strategic, technology and operations consulting to start-up ventures.Mr. Pagano holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Lehigh University and an MBA in Finance from New York University's Stern School of Business. |
