Michael Pacewicz is an associate in Crowe & Dunlevy's Labor and Employment and Litigation sections. Based in the firm's Tulsa office, Mr. Pacewicz has represented a wide variety of business entities ranging from sole proprietorships to Fortune 500 companies. He has experience in the areas of employee benefits, wrongful termination, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family Medical Leave Act and other labor and employment issues. He also has experience in several other areas of law, including bankruptcy, securities litigation, construction, telecommunications and landlord-tenant disputes. In addition, he has served as an adjunct settlement judge for the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Oklahoma. Mr. Pacewicz graduated from The University of Tulsa College of Law with Highest Honors. Following graduation he served as law clerk to The Honorable Terrence L. Michael, United States Bankruptcy Judge for the Northern District of Oklahoma. He has published articles in the Tulsa Law Review, the Oklahoma Law Review and the Oklahoma Bar Journal.
