Mike Murray serves on the Board of Directors for GEN3 Partners where his years of experience with McKinsey and Company provide guidance and expertise in assisting GEN3. Currenrlty retired from McKinsey, Mr. Murray also serves as a Director Emeritus of McKinsey & Company. Mr. Murray is a member of the Board of Trustees of Boston College, chairs its Finance and Audit Committees, and sits on its’ Executive Committee. He is a member of the Board of Trustees of The Aspen Music Festival and School, chairs its’ Strategic Planning Committee and Investment Committee, and sits on its Finance and Audit Committees. He is a member of the Finance Council of the Archdiocese of Chicago and sits on their Investment Committee. He is a Life Trustee of The Ravinia Festival and sits on its’ Board’s Nominating Committee. He also is the co-chair of the board of Aspen Public Radio. He is also a member of the Advisory Committee of Evanston Capital Management, a fund of hedge funds, and a member of the Board of Directors of Textura Co., a software systems company. Mr. Murray received a B.S. in physics and a Master of Arts in mathematics from Boston College and an M.B.A. from Wharton Graduate School. Prior to joining McKinsey, he worked with the David Taylor Model Basin, a research laboratory of the United States Navy, Bureau of Ships. |
