Michael Kuhn is a member of the firm’s Corporate Finance/Mergers & Acquisitions Practice Group. His practice includes:Representing public and privately held corporate clients in acquisitions and divestitures, commercial contracts, governance issues, corporate restructurings, and other general corporate and securities matters.Counseling issuers and underwriters in debt and equity offerings, including initial public offerings and exempt offerings.Acting as outside corporate counsel to several private equity portfolio companies and emerging micro-cap companies.Michael’s recent transactions involve the representation of multiple private equity firms in the sale and purchase of private companies, a public offering of stock for a development-stage company, and a loan agreement and security documents required for a loan restructuring and acquisition financing.From 2002-2003, Michael served as a law clerk to Judge G. Barry Anderson of the Minnesota Court of Appeals. Michael participated in our summer associate program in 2001. |
