Mr. Kourey has served as our Senior Vice President, Finance and Administration since January 1999. He has also served as Chief Financial Officer since January 1995. From June 1993 to May 2003, Mr Kourey served as our Secretary. In addition, he also served as Vice President, Finance and Administration from January 1995 to January 1999, Vice President of Finance and Operations from July 1991 to January 1995 and as our Treasurer from June 1993 to March 1997. Concurrently, Mike Kourey also serves on the boards Aruba Networks, Inc. and Riverbed Technology, Inc. Prior to joining us, he was Vice President, Operations of Verilink Corporation. Mr. Kourey holds a B.S. in Managerial Economics from University of California, Davis and an M.B.A. from Santa Clara University. |
