A director of SRA since December 1998, Michael Klein has a broad background in business and law. He is a senior partner of the law firm Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr, L.L.P., where he has specialized in corporate and securities law since 1974. His business activities include Chairman of the Board of Directors of CoStar Group, Inc., a NASDAQ-listed company which he co-founded in 1987, Vice Chairman of the Board and Lead Director of NYSE-listed Perini Corporation, and director of several privately held enterprises. He also serves as a trustee of both the PEN Faulkner Foundation and the American Himalayan Foundation. Mr. Klein is a graduate of the University of Miami (BBA 1963; JD 1966) and Harvard University (LLM 1967).
