Mike joined Rayonier as Vice President and General Counsel in September 2003. From 1997 to 2003, he was Vice President and General Counsel at GenTek, Inc., based in Parsippany, New Jersey, and its predecessor company, General Chemical Corporation, where he started in 1992.
Mike also was Counsel to IBM’s Integrated Systems Solutions Corporation for two years and served four years as an associate with the New York City-based law firm Shearman & Sterling. He has extensive experience in securities law, mergers and acquisitions, and regulatory and environmental law.
Mike holds a BA in Economics and Literature from the State University of New York, and a JD from St. John’s University School of Law, New York. |
