Michael R. Hallman is a director of the Company and is currently serving as President of The Hallman Group, a management consulting company focusing on marketing, sales, business development and strategic planning for the information systems industry. Mr. Hallman served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Microsoft Corporation from February 1990 until March 1992. From 1987 to 1990, he was Vice President of the Boeing Company and President of Boeing Computer Services. From 1967 to 1987, Mr. Hallman worked for IBM in various sales and marketing executive positions, with his final position being Vice President of Field Operations, responsible for one-half of IBM's domestic sales revenue. Mr. Hallman holds a B.B.A. and a M.B.A. from the University of Michigan. Mr. Hallman is a member of the Board of Directors of Keytronics, Inc., Intuit, Inc., Timeline, Inc. and Network Appliance Inc.
