Mike Estell joined Pierce Atwood in 2005 as an associate in the Business & Tax Practice Group. Before joining Pierce Atwood, Mike was an associate in the corporate department of Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr LLP in Boston. His experience there included representing public and private companies in debt and equity offerings and mergers and acquisitions transactions, counseling public companies in securities law compliance matters, and representing venture capital firms in the formation of funds. |
