Michael R. Eisenson, age 51, has been a director of the Company since March 1997. Mr. Eisenson has been a Managing Director and the Chief Executive Officer of Charlesbank Capital Partners, LLC (Charlesbank), a private investment firm, and the successor to Harvard Private Capital Group, Inc., since 1998. He was the Managing Director of Harvard Private Capital Group from 1986 to 1998, and a Manager with Boston Consulting Group from 1981 to 1985. He serves on the Board of Directors of Catlin, Inc., Caliper Life Sciences, Inc. and United Auto Group, Inc., as well as those of several private companies. |
