Mr. Taylor is a co-founder of MEA. He has 11 years of investment banking and corporate finance experience. Prior to joining MEA, Mr. Taylor was an investment banker in the Dallas office of FBR's Energy Investment Banking Group, which he joined in 2002. Previously, Mr. Taylor was a Vice President in the Investment Banking Group of Morgan Keegan & Co. where he worked on numerous capital raising and M&A advisory assignments in a variety of industries with an aggregate transaction value of over $500 million. Prior to joining Morgan Keegan, he was an Associate in the Corporate Finance Groups of Arthur Andersen and KPMG. Mr. Taylor received a BBA in Finance with honors from the University of Houston and an MBA from Southern Methodist University. He is a holder of the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and the Series 7 and Series 24 securities registrations. |
