Michael Formica, was promoted to Executive Vice President, Operations in February 2003. Mr. Formica joined the Company in May 2000 as Senior Vice President, Operations. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Formica was Division Manager for Drager Sicherheitstechnik, GmbH, in Luebeck, Germany for eight years with worldwide responsibility and Director Sales and Marketing, National Drager, Inc (USA) for two years prior to that position. Drager is a world leader in the marketing and sales of chemical detections systems for the industrial safety market, and for breath alcohol detection instrumentation.
Before joining Drager, Mr. Formica held management positions in marketing, finance, product development, and general management of several companies.
Mr. Formica received an MBA from the Graduate School of Industrial Administration, Carnegie Mellon University and a BS in Electrical Engineering from West Virginia University. |
