Mike Donovan is the Executive Vice President of Corporate Development and Chief Financial Officer. In 2006 Mike was appointed Executive Vice President of Corporate Development, responsible for developing the Company's strategic business relationships and product development. Mike joined the Company in 1999 as Treasurer & Chief Financial Officer, and led the development and implementation of the Company's financial strategy, as well as managing its financial affairs and merger and acquisition activities. From 1998 to 1999, Mike was engaged in a variety of technology and business development activities for HealthExtras. Prior to his association with HealthExtras, Mike was the Senior Vice President of Business and Technology Development for PHP Healthcare Corporation, served as the Chief Financial Officer of Direct Health, Inc., and was the Senior Manager for KPMG LLP formerly KPMG Peat Marwick), where he was responsible for a variety of technology and health care clients. |
