Michael Riordan is the Director of taxation for the firm’s corporate advisory and investment management businesses.
Prior to joining Evercore, Mr. Riordan was the Vice President and Tax Director at KBC Financial Products where he was responsible for all facets of tax research, planning and compliance. Prior to that, Mr. Riordan was a Vice President in charge of tax planning and special projects at TD Securities. Mr. Riordan began his career in public accounting providing tax advisory services for KPMG and Arthur Andersen, specializing in financial services and banking.
Mr. Riordan received a B.A. in Economics from Fordham University and an M.S. in Taxation from Fordham University’s Graduate School of Business. |
