Michael P. Morrison is counsel and member of the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group. His practice focuses on the formation of real estate opportunity funds and real estate securitization of debt and equity. He has a broad range of transactional real estate experience in both private and public entities.
Michael has assisted in the formation of real estate opportunity funds for Transwestern Investment Company and the acquisition of office, manufactured housing, industrial and residential portfolios for various Transwestern Investment Company funds. Michael also managed the largest real estate-lender liability case in the country, consisting of 12 different actions in state and federal courts in five states. |
