Mr. McMasters has served as Chief Financial Office of Chesapeake Utilities Corporation since 1997 and as Senior Vice President of the Company since 2004. Mr. McMasters is responsible for oversight of the following Departments: Accounting, Internal Audit, Human Resources, Information Technology, Treasury, Communications and Risk Management. He previously served as Vice President, Treasurer, Director of Accounting and Rates, and Controller of the Company. Mr. McMasters also served as Director of Operations Planning for Equitable Gas Company. He has twenty-six years of management experience in the utilities industry. |
