Michael P. Kelly has served as a director of Adept since April 1997 and as lead independent director of the board of directors since October 2003. On January 26, 2006, Mr. Kelly was elected chairman of the board of directors. Mr. Kelly also serves as the CEO of Kinsale Associates, LLD, a Silicon Valley merchant banking firm. Prior to 2005, Mr. Kelly was vice-chairman and senior managing director of Broadview International, LLC, an international mergers and acquisitions advisory firm, a division of Jefferies Inc., and its predecessor company since 1988. Mr. Kelly was also a director of Broadview International. Mr. Kelly received a B.A. in Accounting from Western Illinois University and an M.B.A. from St. Louis University. Mr. Kelly is a Certified Public Accountant. |
