Michael Kelley is an analyst in the Chicago office, primarily focusing in the expert service division. His professional experience relates to the quantification of economic damages arising from intellectual property disputes.
Prior to joining Ocean Tomo, Michael worked as an analyst at the Indiana Fiscal Policy Institute, an Indianapolis-based policy research and analysis firm. Additionally, he worked as a financial consultant for H.J. Umbaugh & Associates, a financial advisory firm also located in Indianapolis. His work has mainly focused on state budgeting and fiscal management issues, policy analysis, and municipal bond issuance.
Mr. Kelley holds a B.S. in Finance from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business. In May 2004, he received his Master's of Public Administration in Finance from Indiana University. |
