Michael P. Kehoe, President of Eastern Title Agency and affiliated title agencies, is responsible for the various directly owned title insurance agencies of Hovnanian Enterprises, Inc. He oversees the various state offices with regards to compliance issues, quality control and all title order processing.
Depending on the state, Mr. Kehoe is involved in the initial investigative phase of land purchases, the acquisitions and, eventually, the out-sales of the Hovnanian communities. He is responsible for coordinating closings with the builder, the lender and the purchaser.
Mr. Kehoe joined the New Jersey title operation, Eastern Title Agency, as Chief Title Officer and Office Manager in 1989. The following year, he was promoted to President of the Title Agency. In 1993, he became responsible for all title entities operating in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Florida. |
