Michael Juby has experience in a variety of public finance transactions, including higher education, water and sewer system and general governmental financings. He assists clients with respect to general obligation bonds, revenue bonds, installment purchase financings and certificates of participation financings.
Mr. Juby also represents mortgage portfolio servicers in connection with loan defeasances and other consent issues, and he has assisted major lending institutions in the origination of construction real estate loans and other transactions.
