Mr. Giunta is a shareholder in the Firm’s Tort Defense Group. He focuses his practice on the defense of manufacturers, corporations, individuals and insurers in all phases of civil litigation including, product liability, premises liability, professional malpractice, commercial disputes, trucking and motor vehicle tort, insurance coverage and unfair insurance practices and real estate litigation. Mr. Giunta has tried cases in the U.S. District Court and Massachusetts Superior, District and Probate Courts. He is experienced in all phases of alternative dispute resolution, having mediated or arbitrated more than one hundred cases.
