P. Michael Giftos was elected as a Director effective April 15, 2004. During his 29 year career with CSX Corporation and its subsidiaries, Mr. Giftos has served in many executive management positions. From April 2000 through March 2004, Mr. Giftos served as Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer. Before that assignment, Mr. Giftos spent more than a decade as CSX’s Chief Legal Officer. |
