Michael P. Esposito Jr. is a member of the board of directors of Forest City Enterprises, Inc.
Esposito is also currently on the board of directors of Annuity & Life Re (Holdings), Ltd., and XL Capital Ltd. Esposito spent 34 years in commercial banking with Chase Manhattan Corporation and Chase Manhattan Bank, including serving as corporate controller, chief financial officer and chief administrative officer before retiring in 1995. From 1995 to 2000, he was co-chairman of Inter-Atlantic Capital Partners, Inc., an investment banking firm.
Other activities over the years included leadership positions within the Bank Administration Institute, American Bankers Association, Conference Board, Financial Accounting Standards Board, and Financial Executives Institute.
He received his bachelor's degree in marketing from the University of Notre Dame and his MBA from New York University. He also completed the Executive Program for Business at Columbia University. He was a lieutenant in the U.S. Marine Corps. |
