MICHAEL P. EINBINDER received his Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Military Academy in 1968 and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Louisville in 1976 where he was an editor of the Journal of Family Law. He is admitted in New Jersey and New York. His practice consists of advising corporations, non-profit organizations and individuals with respect to executive compensation, employee benefits, and employment law. He represents clients engaged in the manufacturing, warehousing, shipping, and trucking industries along with universities, hospitals, private foundations and retirement homes in the non-profit sector.
