Mike Ducey is Chief Supply Chain and Logistics Officer for Carestream Health, Inc., the standalone company that resulted from the sale of Eastman Kodak Company's Health Group to Onex Corporation, Toronto, Canada, in May 2007.
Ducey has overall responsibility for customer service, demand and supply planning, and physical distribution.
He formerly served as Director and Vice President, Global Logistics, for Eastman Kodak Company, overseeing operations in 86 countries with annual operating costs of $750 million in 2005. In this role, Ducey was instrumental in shaping a world-class global distribution network. He also led the transformation of global logistics operations in support of Kodak's digital business model.
In 2003, Ducey was appointed President, Kodak Canada, Inc., Site Manufacturing Manager. He also served as Kodak Canada's Chairman of the Board of Directors. From 1997 to 2003, Ducey served as Kodak's General Manager, Logistics, and Vice President, United States & Canada Region, with responsibility for regional operations of six distribution centers supporting marketing efforts across all Kodak business units. Prior to that, he held key Kodak management positions in Worldwide Transportation, Worldwide Logistics-New Product Program, Southwest Region Logistics, USA (in Dallas), Domestic Transportation, International Transportation, Asia Pacific Region Distribution Director (based in Singapore) and Demand and Supply Planning.
Ducey holds a B.S. from Rochester Institute of Technology. He is a member of the Council of Logistics Management, Warehousing Education and Research Council, Manufacturers Alliance/MAPI, New York State Transportation Advisory Committee and World Logistics Congress. |
