Mr. Michael P. Dickerson has been Vice President of Finance and Investor Relations since October 2005. Prior to that he was Business Unit Manager for General Cable's Datacom business and Finance Manager for the North American Communications Group.
Mr. Dickerson began his career as an auditor with Arthur Andersen in 1989. In 1993, he joined Litton Industries assisting the audit staff with merger and acquisition support services. In 1994, Mr. Dickerson joined Belden Inc. where he spent nearly ten years and held a variety of senior financial management positions in both the North American operating units as well as corporate finance. Mr. Dickerson joined General Cable in March 2004.
Mr. Dickerson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from The University of Dayton and is a Certified Public Accountant. |
