Michael O. Magdol, 68, retired in 2006 as Vice Chairman of the Board of Fiduciary Trust Company International ("FTCI"), a global investment manager for families and institutions and a subsidiary of Franklin Resources, Inc. ("FRI"), a position which he held since 1987. From 1987 to 2002, he also served as FTCI's Chief Financial Officer. He currently serves as Chair of the Enterprise Risk Management Committee of FRI. Prior to 1987, he was Executive Vice President and Director of J. Henry Schroder Bank. He holds a BSE degree from the University of Pennsylvania. Director since 1999. |
