Michael O. Johnson is the chairman and chief executive officer of the company. Mr. Johnson joined Herbalife in April 2003 after 17 years with The Walt Disney Company, where he most recently served as president of Walt Disney International, and also served as president of Asia Pacific for The Walt Disney Company and president of Buena Vista Home Entertainment. Mr. Johnson has also previously served as a publisher of Audio Times magazine, and has directed the regional sales efforts of Warner Amex Satellite Entertainment Company for three of its television channels, including MTV, Nickelodeon and The Movie Channel. Mr. Johnson is currently a director of Univision Communications, Inc., a television company serving Spanish-speaking Americans. Mr. Johnson received his Bachelor of Arts in political science from Western State College. |
